• Minor color, texture, or surface variations are not considered defects, as each product is handcrafted from recycled materials. 

• Once approved, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be initiated, as applicable.

• All orders are dispatched within 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Our products are handcrafted on order, so dispatch timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume.

• Delivery timelines may differ based on the shipping location and courier partner.

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
